A Virginia mother is facing felony murder and child neglect charges after her 4-year-old son died from eating marijuana gummies earlier this year. Dorothy Annette Clements did not get help quickly enough for her son, Tanner Clements, after he was found unresponsive back in May at a home they were visiting, according to investigators.
