Kay Flock was just indicted by a federal grand jury on racketeering conspiracy charges, all while he awaits trial for murder. The newest indictment claims the Bronx drill rapper and five others of running the Sev Side/DOA (short for “Dead on Arrival”) street gang, which adds several counts in connection to his separate murder charge, according to TMZ.
