There’s no guarantee that the events of the past few weeks will change Democrats’ calculus, but yesterday Senate majority leader Chuck Schumer appeared to acknowledge that the possibility of a so-called lab leak deserves to be taken seriously. “The bottom line is we’ve got to get to the bottom of this,” the Journal quoted Schumer as saying. “The Biden administration is committed to it.
