Bill Cosby prosecutors ask US Supreme Court to review case

Pennsylvania prosecutors Monday asked the US Supreme Court to review Bill Cosby’s overturned conviction – in a longshot bid to resurrect the case against the reviled former actor once known as “America’s Dad.” Cosby should not have lifetime immunity against prosecution because of a supposed behind-the-scenes agreement that’s only backed up in writing by a press release, said Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin Steele in a petition filed with the nation’s highest court.
