After 20 years, David Spade lists swanky LA home for $20 million

David Spade is saying goodbye to his longtime Beverly Hills home, which he has lived in for two decades. The actor and comedian listed the sprawling four-bedroom, six-full-bathroom home on Thursday for $20 million. Spanning over 6,400 square feet, the home is situated on nearly an acre lot.
