PRINCE Harry has effectively declared war on the Government with a threat to sue unless Britain provides his security. The Duke of Sussex infamously fled the UK alongside Meghan Markle and his son Archie in 2020, abandoning his royal duties and vowing to live financially independently, no longer taking taxpayer money.
