For more than a year now, we’ve found Mike Pence’s take on the events of January 6, 2021, more than a little strange. While he has stated publicly that he believes it was a “dark day” in history, he’s also gone out of his way not to blame Donald Trump for nearly getting him killed, simply saying that he does not think the two men will ever see “eye to eye” on the whole thing.
