New Apple TV+ Series ‘The New Look’ Chronicles Chanel and Dior Rivalry

It’s high time a historic fashion rivalry was re-enacted on the small screen. Apple TV+ today announced a series order for The New Look, an ‘epic thriller’ that chronicles the heights of Coco Chanel‘s fashion dominance in pre-World War II Paris and the rise of Christian Dior‘s post-war ‘New Look.’ The series will star Ben Mendelsohn (as Dior) and Juliette Binoche (as Chanel) and will be written, executive produced, and directed by Todd A.
