Lady Gaga Was Snubbed by the 2022 Oscars. Should She Go Anyway?

From time to time, the Oscar nominations list features a notable snub. In 2020 it was Jennifer Lopez for her performance in Hustlers, and this year, the snub came for Lady Gaga and her performance as Patrizia Reggiani in House of Gucci. With a well-received performance (the film itself did not fare as well) and a prior Academy Award win under her belt, it was within reason to assume the pop-star-turned-movie-star would have garnered yet another accolade.
