VLADIMIR Putin is ‘entering most aggressive phase’ and is trying to ‘DESTROY everything’ in the Donbas region creating an ‘extremely difficult’ situation for Ukrainian forces. Mr Motuzyanyk said Russian forces had not given up attempts to cross the river.
