Prince Charles and Prince William Will Both Pay Tribute to the Queen at The Jubilee Concert

When 10,000 people crowd in to the area outside Buckingham Palace tomorrow evening for the Platinum Jubilee concert, the 96-year-old Queen will be more than 20 miles away at Windsor.
