Free Triumph! Robert Smigel and Late Show with Stephen Colbert Crew Arrested at U.S. Capitol

Police at the United States Capitol arrested comedy writer, performer, and puppeteer Robert Smigel along with six members of a production crew on Thursday. Smigel was recording a segment for The Late Show with Stephen Colbert with his canine alter ego, Triumph the Insult Comic Dog.
