Dakota Johnson Says ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ Was Supposed to Be ‘Very Different’
In a new interview with Vanity Fair, Dakota Johnson admitted that when she first auditioned for Fifty Shades of Grey, she thought the film adaption would be “really special.” She was originally cast alongside Charlie Hunnam who later dropped out due to a scheduling problem. According to the actress, the author of the book and writer of the film, E.L. James was so “enraged” that she scrapped the script.
