The domestic violence charges against Amar’e Stoudemire have been formally dismissed after prosecutors claim the victim refused to cooperate with the investigation, according to TMZ. As The Shade Room reported last month, the former NBA star was accused of hitting one of his teenage daughters in the face at least two times.
