Britney Spears might be heading to Capitol Hill soon. The singer revealed she was invited to the White House to speak about conservatorship reform, following her very public legal battle to defuse her own 13-year-long conservatorship. This afternoon, Spears shared a letter from Congress that she received months ago, on Instagram.
