Country music star Naomi Judd dead at age 76

Naomi Judd, who with daughter Wynonna formed dynamic duo The Judds, one of the most successful acts in country music history, has died. She was 76. “Today we sisters experienced a tragedy. We lost our beautiful mother to the disease of mental illness,” Wynonna and sister, actress Ashley Judd, announced in a statement Saturday. “We are shattered. We are navigating profound grief and know that as we loved her, she was loved by her public.
