Forecast warns of ice in Carolinas as Arctic blast dumps snow on East coast

ANOTHER Arctic front, named Jasper, is set to hit several parts of the US, with snow and ice forecast. The storm is forecast to sweep up from the Southeast through parts of the Midwest and East Coast, according to The Weather Channel. The Carolinas are expected to take the brunt of the storm, with Charleston South Carolina issuing its first winter storm watch since January 5, 2018.
