Taliah Webster, who starred in the Safdie Brothers’ film “Good Time,” and Sam Dillon (“Boyhood,” “Skin”) are set to lead the cast of crime thriller “On Point.” The feature, written and directed by Christian Schifano (“Bratus”), is set in urban New York.
