Jay-Z’s Bitcoin Academy Is Far From a Hit

Musician and mogul Jay-Z has long rhapsodized about his roots in the Marcy Houses. In an effort to give back, he initiated a program exclusive to the approximately 2,300 residents in the New York City Housing Authority apartments in the Bedford-Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn.
