King Charles Sends Message of Condolence to South Korean President
In a tragic crowd surge in Itaewon, South Korea, more than 150 people were killed Saturday evening. Condolences have begun to pour in from world leaders, including Britain’s King Charles. “I wanted you to know how deeply shocked and saddened both my wife and I are to hear of the many people who have lost their loved ones as a consequence of the recent, tragic incident in Itaewon, Seoul,” the King wrote in a letter to South Korea’s president Yoon Suk-yeol.
