‘Oddball’ suspect pictured in ambulance before abduction charge after girl, 4, found ALIVE

THE man suspected of kidnapping Cleo Smith has been charged with her abduction. Terry Kelly, 36, was pictured in police custody in the back of an ambulance after neighbours said he was seen uncharacteristically buying nappies in recent days.
