Oscars Race: Hong Kong Picks Controversial ‘Where the Wind Blows’ for Academy Awards

Hong Kong Picks ‘Where the Wind Blows’ For Oscars Contention Hong Kong has selected controversial crime thriller “Where the Wind Blows” as its contender for the Academy Awards’ best international film competition.
