Prince Charles Is Making a Slain M.P.’s Policy Wish a Reality
Five months after a member of parliament was murdered in a knife attack, Prince Charles and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, are helping to make one of his policy priorities a reality. On March 1, the couple will visit Southend-on-Sea in Essex to present letters patent from Queen Elizabeth that officially designate the borough as Britain’s 52nd city.
