During her royal visit to Uganda, Princess Anne kept her outfits very casual. Yet, for a dinner with Uganda’s president, Yoweri K. Museveni, the Princess Royal turned to the royal jewel collection: She wore a sapphire brooch that belonged to her mother, Queen Elizabeth.
