Pusha T’s “Diet Coke” Heats Up the Designer Album Cover Trend

With his new single “Diet Coke,” Pusha T leaned into trends both new and old. The old: Pusha is still rapping about selling coke. The new: Cover art from longtime Raf Simons collaborator, fashion designer and artist Sterling Ruby. Ruby’s mash-up of melting faces with crude metallic letters that spell “Diet Coke” continues the melding of hip-hop and fashion worlds that’s been ongoing for a decade now.
