THE Trooping the Colour kicked off the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations today – and crowds cheered as the Monarch was even spotted on the Palace balcony for the RAF flypast. Starting off the celebrations, the Trooping of the Colour took place at Horseguards Parade – and it started at 10am this morning.
