Suspect Darrell Brooks sobs rocking back & forth in court as child becomes SIXTH victim

THE suspect in the Waukesha Christmas parade attack appeared in court for the first time on Tuesday, slumping in his chair and rocking back and forth as his charges and bail were announced. Darrell Edward Brooks, 39, was comforted by his attorney, who placed a hand on his back. He is charged with five counts of intentional homicide, a number that has reportedly increased to six.
