“Step in the name of love!” It looks like the family of R. Kelly’s fiancée, Joycelyn Savage, seems to be out of the loop about her engagement. According to TMZ, her parents, Jonjelyn and Tim Savage’s attorney, Gerald Griggs, claim she never made the engagement known to the family.
