The Sale Price of T. Boone Pickens’s Texas Ranch Has Been Reduced to a Cool $170 Million

Update, February 2022: Five years since controversial oil mogul T. Boone Pickens listed his colossal Texas ranch for sale—for a staggering $250 million—the property still sits on the market. Pickens died in 2019 at the age of 91. A few months later, his home sale price was reduced to $220 million. Now it’s been slashed once more, to $170 million.
