Harrowing images from the Ukrainian capital show burning vehicles, buildings blasted by missiles and flames lighting up the night sky. At least 198 Ukrainians, including three children, have been killed and 1,115 people wounded so far, the Ukrainian government has said. Videos show fighting across Kyiv, and also in the cities of Kherson, Mykolaiv and Odessa, according to an adviser to the Ukrainian president’s office.
